    Have these cartridges got chips built-in?
    When I place my last order if I read all of leaflet I would have read they didn't have built-in chips. I only want the cartridges with built-in chips

    Dye-based or pigment based inks
    Do these cartridges contain dye-based and pigment based inks as indicated in the original Canon part numbers?
    • Our cartridges contain dye based ink but not pigment dye ink as the originals contain.

    Are these cartridges’ ink levels readable by Canon printers?
    I have bought own brand carts before and my printer couldn’t read the ink levels, even though the description said it would be able to. Are your carts’ levels readable?
    • It depends, usually yes, we have had the odd customer with ink levels not showing, however we can normally override this and if we cannot, you are welcome to a replacement.

Replacement ink jet printer inks

The ink cartridges that were purchased for my Canon printer were perfect. The colours and the black text were very acceptable and as such I shall be ordering more of the same when more ink is required.
